This Refund Policy explains how entry fees work on FHM Hot100 for participants (influencers) who register for a campaign. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
To register as a participant in an FHM Hot100 campaign, influencers pay a one-time entry fee. The exact amount is shown clearly on the registration screen before payment, and may vary by campaign or promotional period. This fee is not a purchase of goods or services — it is an entry contribution toward your participation in the contest.
Your entry fee is returned to you once you complete the required Round 2 activities and cast at least one vote, in whichever form you selected at the time of registration:
You can change how you'd like to receive it from your dashboard at any time before Round 4 closes. Once eligible, it is processed after the current voting round closes.
Only participants who complete the Round 2 requirements and cast at least one vote in the campaign are eligible to have their entry fee returned. Participants who do not complete these steps, or who are disqualified for violating our Terms & Conditions, are not eligible.
Beyond the process described above, entry fees are not refundable — for example, if you change your mind after registering, or stop participating partway through a campaign. If you believe you were charged in error (such as a duplicate payment), contact us using the details below and we will look into it.
Voting on FHM Hot100 is free. This policy applies only to the influencer/participant entry fee described above.
Once you become eligible, payouts (coupon codes, UPI cashback, or eCopy access) are typically processed within a few business days of the voting round closing. Tree-planting confirmations may take longer as they depend on our planting partner's schedule.
If you have a question about your entry fee, your eligibility, or a payout you were expecting, please reach out to us through the contact details on our Contact page and we'll help sort it out.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time as the platform evolves. The version shown on this page is always the current one.
